Shipping General

We use USPS for our shipping, often employing Ground Advantage. You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as we have one in order to track your package.

USPS Ground Advantage shipping is not a guarantee of arrival by the estimated date. In rare cases, the package may arrive later than estimated. USPS is responsible for delivery times.

Shipping International

The customer (you) are responsible for all VAT, taxes, or clearance charges. Customer (you) is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.

We currently can only ship within the USA, Canada, and the UK. If you live outside those regions, please let us know at support [at] tablecatgames [dot] com. The more repsonses we get, the more we’ll work to expand our shipping options.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is only available by spending at least $50 dollars and you must be located within the continental states in the USA.

Please Note: Free Shipping does not apply to print on demand products that are printed and shipped by a third party.

Incorrect Address Returns

If a package is returned to Table Cat Games due to an incorrect address, the customer (you) may be contacted and asked to provide a valid delivery address. The package may not be redelivered until confirmation by customer. If the customers does not reply in an adequate time, the order may be refunded and the refunded item(s) will be put back into inventory.
