Table Cat Games offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and be in its original wrapping, if applicable.

If the order was wrong or the product was defective, we’ll cover the shipping. We will ask to provide proof of the issue and can accept or deny the retun. If accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label for the return. If you send an item back to use without asking, we won’t accept the return.
If you purchased the wrong product or just don’t want it, you (the customer) are responsible for the shipping. If your return is accepted, we’ll give you the address to send the package. If you send an item back to use without asking, we won’t accept the return.
Exceptions And Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Digital versions such as PDFs
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
