Shipping Policy

Shipping General

We use USPS for our shipping, often employing Ground Advantage. You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as we have one in order to track your package.

USPS Ground Advantage shipping is not a guarantee of arrival by the estimated date. In rare cases, the package may arrive later than estimated. USPS is responsible for delivery times.

At times we may use UPS as a shipping provider, but most often we stick with USPS.

Print on demand products that are printed and shipped by a third party.

Shipping International

Due to the current state of tariffs and mailing policies, we can no longer offer international shipping. This policy will be updated if things become more favorable to international trade for small businesses and their customers.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is only available by spending at least $50 dollars and you must be located within the continental states in the USA.

Free shipping may not apply with a coupon code.

Incorrect Address or other Undeliverable Returns

If a package is returned to Table Cat Games due to an incorrect address by the customer (you) or some other reason like not picking it up from the post office, the customer may be contacted and we’ll provide the option for a partial refund (a refund minus the shipping) or we’ll send back to you if you pay for shipping it again.  If you do not reply to us in seven days, we’ll issue the partial refund.
